The whole fam-bam signed up for the marathon race in Vancouver this year!! Not only are we getting movement in our physical bodies, but today we talk about how to connect this movement with intention setting to get through obstacles in your mind. I used to do this practice in New York City when I was calling in new clients. Sometimes we need a little confidence boost when we are approaching the mind and setting new habits and beliefs.
