Three Ways to Feel Good Today

In this video, I talk about three simple ways to feel good. I think we often feel like we must go all in or not at all in changes we are making. For example, let’s say you are looking to change up your style. The “all or nothing” mindset here would be that we need to throw out everything and go purchase an entire new wardrobe. That isn’t practical, unless you are a lofty spender. The idea may come to you to change a few things, but is quickly turned down in your mind.

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction creates the biggest impact in your life.

The three places that we shift the energy and start feeling good today are in our environment, inner self, and external self. I take you on a journey on how I chose to feel good in tis video.

1. Environment

First I start with my environment. Now I chose to swap out my bedding. I have been working on softening my energy and decided that turning in my black bedding for white would impact my surroundings in a new and exciting way. I kind of look at this like a woman changing her hair. This is a big deal guys, for me anyway. πŸ˜‰

2. Inner Self

My favorite way to help my inner self feel good, is to let my soul speak onto paper. Journaling has been such a beautiful practice in my mindfulness journey. This helps me to release whatever needs to be released and also to focus on what I want to call in. Manifesting is a process of release and bringing in. Journaling is a great way to ease into the process.

3. External Self

This one is a no brainer. When we look good, it impacts how we feel. Taking care of ourselves from the inside out is how we can truly radiate and feel confident. Taking the time to choose ways to feel good and shine is such a simple way to impact your mood. Even if its a pop of lipstick, or sexy underwear, you are worthy of feeling good.

I always love to close out my day with a salt bath. It helps my energy so much. Today I chose to soften my energy and allow some sweet feminine energy into my bath. I love these bath bombs at LUSH Cosmetics, Carmel. I had so much fun playing in the shop and it is one of my go-to’s for feeling good. Treat yourself to something special this week.
