Have you ever felt overwhelmed, stressed, or panicked? Ummm, yeah! We all do. How do you manage it in the moment? Do you have confidence to feel better? We have a tendency to feel symptoms of depression or anxiety when we are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. It is important to understand how we individually respond to these scenarios so that we can better help ourselves in the moment. Mom and I both share our experience on both side and how to navigate these moments.
The important thing to remember is that this is normal and temporary and we can overcome the impulse of the moment.
