We are really enjoying this six week adventure in manifesting with all of you!!! We get so excited and get connected to hope and sometimes we find ourselves in a place where we can’t seem to get out of the stuck routine. I see this all the time in my life when I decide to change my habits or routines to better myself. I said this on the podcast, it boggles my mind how I can walk/run miles while shopping but as soon as I decide to go out for a run or hit the gym, my insides start hurting, my lungs hurt or my legs ache and I haven’t even gotten out of the car.
I want to challenge all of us to look at being stuck through a different lens. When we are going through a hard time, we need Netflix or the ice-cream to help us get through. It doesn’t help to feel everything when we are in overwhelm such as going through a break up. Some times the numbing out is a healthy distraction. Now when we are done feeling sad or overwhelmed, we need a new routine. This is why Netflix and ice-cream no longer feel good in this stage. We need more movement, more action, more thinking. So now we need new things in this phase. So often, we beat ourselves up for getting in the habit of numbing out when in fact that actually helped you survive that time.
In this episode we talk about how to move through stuck energy gracefully instead of a full “beating yourself up” sesh. We need to come to an understanding that our lives will ebb and flow like the tides and what we need will always be changing, growing and evolving!
